You did modify the script index in a way or another.

Please, install Studio again. You might find a link there: https://github.com/PokemonWorkshop/PokemonStudio/releases/tag/v1.0.2

For some reason the filepath PSDK uses to get its base scripts is absolutely wrong... Can you share a screen of the content of your psdk.bat file?
