How to enable debug mode in compiled version of the game. Only the console. I tried setting test = true and debug = true. But the console i get is read only. How to fix it?

I really want to get debug mode. So, that i don't to go through remaking the entire game again without backup. :(. Because there is no way you told me before to decompile it.
