Hello, I'm pretty sure this wasn't an issue in the previous game. However, now if an event is 10 spaces away from a starting spot, then the event will refuse to move. 

(Any events pass the Red square will not move. The Red Dot is where the script event starts)

Furthermore, I now have to select "through" for events that invisible or the event will freeze.

Normally events in RMXP cannot walk over other events (unless it's in through). Regardless your description is kind of confusing to me. What happen if you remove the events in the red rectangle? Is the other event able to walk through or is it blocked after 10 steps?

My point is that's the vicinity of the movement. Events that is on the right side of the red rectangle cannot be moved at all by the events in the starting location (red dot) because it's further than 10 squares away, which is something that wasn't in the previous versions.

I tested, events never get stuck after 10 steps but if they encounter another event they stops. Which is actually the correct behavior. You need to put the other event in through mode so the event can walk over it (tested as well).
