[Minor Bug] Encore message shows up at the wrong time

Relatively minor bug. Doesn't cause crash.

If you keep spamming Encore to an opponent, you'll notice the message "The opposing Magcargo received an encore!" showing up in turns they shouldn't be. For instance, the message shows up even when the Encore move is expected to fail because you already used it.
